Poster Session
We encourage all attending labs to participate in our poster session. Posters may showcase your lab's overall research interests or highlight a specific project or research story.
Lab members: Please coordinate within your group and indicate your interest during the RSVP process.
PIs and Tech Center Leaders: We encourage you to have 1-2 lab members register to present a poster.

Poster Confirmation
Poster sign up is required as space is limited. We can accommodate 1-2 posters per lab/tech center. Poster sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis. If you sign up after capacity is reached, you will be put on a waitlist. All poster submissions will be sent a confirmation or waitlist email.
Logistics
You are responsible for ordering, receiving, and transporting your own poster to the event. When you arrive at the venue, you will be directed to hang up your poster before programming begins. If you arrive late, please use one of the breaks to pin up your poster.

Presenters are encouraged to focus on research questions and opportunities that could benefit from Arc community insights. Highlight open questions or potential challenges where cross-lab partnerships could make a breakthrough in your work! Both published and unpublished work are welcome, but we recommend consulting with your PI about any unpublished work you are considering presenting.
Poster presenters from labs at Arc headquarters are welcome to use the Arc poster template. You can find the Adobe Illustrator templates available for download in Arc’s Brand Center, under Science Poster Template (an Arc email login is required to access the Brand Center). All templates are for posters sized 36 inches (height) x 48 inches (width).
